The City of Adelaide is located within Greater Adelaide, the capital of South Australia. While it has a relatively small resident population of around 29,118 (2024 data), it is the state’s urbane capital, home to leading universities, hospitals, and cultural institutions. The Council delivers community-focused initiatives in environmental management and sustainability.
